These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from Pluto Cannabis. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE VERIFICATION

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase our products. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for every in-store visit, every pickup, and every delivery, with no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service where age or identity cannot be verified.

2. LICENSED RETAIL

Pluto Cannabis is a licensed cannabis retailer regulated by Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Licence #: 822945. All products are sourced from licensed producers through Alberta's regulated supply chain. Cannabis may only be sold and delivered within Alberta in accordance with applicable law.

3. ONLINE ORDERS

Orders placed through our website are offers to purchase, accepted when we confirm the order. Product availability, pricing, and menu content are subject to change without notice, and we may cancel or refuse any order, including where products become unavailable or an error in pricing or description occurs. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a refund.

4. PICKUP

Online orders for pickup must be collected by the person who placed the order, with valid ID. Orders not collected within the posted hold period may be cancelled.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery is available within our published service areas. Delivery orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Deliveries are made only to the person who placed the order, who must be present with valid, matching government-issued photo ID. We cannot leave orders unattended, with another person, or in a mailbox. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation and applicable fees. Delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include or exclude taxes as displayed. Payment methods available are shown at checkout or in store. We accept Visa and MasterCard (debit or credit) and cash in store.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of cannabis products and regulatory requirements, all sales are generally final. If a product is defective or broken due to product failure, keep your receipt and packaging and contact us; we will assess exchanges or returns in accordance with AGLC's exchange and return policies.

8. REWARDS PROGRAM

Our rewards program is free to join and available to eligible customers 18+. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed as described at checkout or in store. We may modify or discontinue the program, point values, or rewards at any time. Fraud or abuse may result in removal from the program.

9. RESPONSIBLE USE

Cannabis affects everyone differently. Keep all cannabis products away from children, youth, and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired. For health information, consult Health Canada resources or a healthcare professional.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pluto Cannabis or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluto Cannabis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.

14. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
