How to Order Cannabis Online for Pickup in Edmonton

July 17, 2026

Ordering from Pluto Cannabis takes about two minutes: browse the live menu, add to cart, and swing by our shop on 111 Ave when it's ready. Here's exactly how it works, what you'll need, and answers to the questions we hear most.

Step 1: Browse the live menu

Our online menu is synced with what's actually on our shelves. If you can see it, we have it. Filter by category (flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, accessories), and check the THC/CBD content, size and price on every product page. New drops land regularly, so the menu you saw last week isn't the menu today.

Step 2: Place your order

Add what you want to your cart and check out with your name and phone number. You'll get a confirmation when the order is received and another when it's ready, usually within minutes during store hours.

Step 3: Pick it up

Come to Pluto Cannabis at 10104 111 Ave NW, Edmonton and let the team know you have an online order. That's it.

What to bring:
valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 18 or older. This is required by Alberta law for everyone entering the store. Yes, even if you're clearly over 18, and yes, every time.

Common questions

Can someone else pick up my order? No. The person who placed the order needs to pick it up with their own ID.

What payment do you accept? Visa and MasterCard, debit or credit, as well as cash in store.

When are you open? Sunday and Monday 10am to 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 11pm.

Why order online instead of just coming in? Two reasons: you can take your time comparing products without holding up a line, and your order is bagged and ready when you arrive. First-time shoppers often find the menu pages helpful too, since every product lists its potency and format details up front.

Same plant, very different experiences. Here's a straightforward breakdown of the main product formats on our shelves and what to know before choosing between them. Dried flower The classic. Flower is the dried bud of the cannabis plant, sold by weight from a gram to an ounce. You grind it and roll it or use it in a pipe or dry-herb vaporizer. Effects are typically felt within minutes and last a couple of hours. Flower offers the widest strain selection on our menu, and labels show Total THC percentage so you can pick your strength. Pre-rolls Flower that's already ground and rolled, ready to go. Sold as singles or multi-packs, in regular and infused varieties. Infused pre-rolls include added concentrate and are significantly stronger, so check the label. Pre-rolls are the lowest-effort way to try a strain without committing to a larger amount. Vapes Vape cartridges and disposables contain cannabis extract that's heated, not burned. They're discreet, there's no grinding or rolling, and effects come on quickly like flower. Potency is usually much higher than dried flower, often 70 to 90 percent THC, so a small draw goes a long way. You'll need a compatible battery for 510-thread cartridges; disposables work out of the box. Edibles Gummies, chocolates, baked goods and beverages. Effects take 30 minutes to 2 hours to arrive and can last 4 to 8 hours, much longer than inhaled formats. Dosing is in milligrams per piece, capped at 10 mg THC per package in Canada. The golden rule is start low and go slow. They're a good option for people who prefer not to inhale anything. So which one? There's no right answer, only the right fit for the occasion, your experience level and how long you want effects to last. Tell the crew what you're after and we'll narrow it down fast.
